Outside paint!!

And just in time. It's getting too cold to paint. And you can't tell very well by these pictures but the color is more of a cream. It looks nice against the brick.

Needs a LOT of work. 

Hardwood floors (7/19-7/27)

 Some stained, some not yet. It took a full week to get all the floors sanded. A big thanks to Jeffry Mathusek for coming down to help many times and toBonnie  Mathusek for being patient with it all.

Roof

The roofers are done, now it's left to us. 

And pulling off the siding, we found the original siding underneath! We're pretty excited.
